Does HCPRO warranty the products?

Yes, we do. We guarantee that our products are free from defects and are fully compatible with the OEM specifications and applications listed on the product label and data sheet. Please see our detailed product warranty here.

Will HCPRO products keep my factory warranty?

Yes, they will. We guarantee that our products are fully compatible with the OEM specifications and applications listed on the product label and data sheet.

Under US law, the OEM cannot void the warranty for using an aftermarket product or require you to use their product to maintain factory warranty. This aspect of warranty law is covered by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975. If you have any issues with a service center or OEM dealership trying to force you to use their products, please contact us.

How do I get free shipping?

Parcel Packages: Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Palletized Shipments: Free shipping is available for qualifying palletized orders. Further information is available on our Shipping Policy Page.

How do I return an item?

We offer free returns for wrong or defective items within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return if its not possible to do it through your account and order history page.

We will email you a free shipping label for UPS or Fedex once your return is approved.

How do I track my order?

Parcel Package Orders: The tracking information is available in your order history.

Palletized Orders: You will receive an email with a copy of the BOL. Please contact your account representative or message us for further information.

Tax Exempt Orders

Sales tax is automatically charged for orders within the state of Texas.

If your business qualifies for tax exemption, download and fill out tax exemption certificate here and email it to accounting@hcproproducts.com.

You will be contacted afterwards to set up an account.

What should I do for issues with Amazon fulfilled orders?

If you have any problems with an order that Amazon fulfilled, please contact them first. They are responsible for handling all refunds, replacements, or other issues. If Amazon does not resolve the issue, please message us and provide your Amazon order number.
