Dual Force R410a Evacuation & Charging Kit w/ 3/8" Hose + VCRT Tool
The 3/8″ wide-bore Dual Force hose moves far more air than a 1/4″ hose — cutting evacuation time by up to 50% and pulling deep vacuum dramatically faster
The included vacuum-rated valve core removal tool lets you pull the core for unrestricted flow, then charge or recover without removing the hose or losing system pressure
Every component is vacuum-rated to 20 microns — the hose, fittings, and VCRT all hold deep vacuum without leaking, so your pump's pull-down isn't wasted
Built on the HCPRO Dual Force premium black braided hose — 4,000 PSI burst, 800 PSI working, the same hose technology trusted across the HVAC service line
3/8″ high-flow.
VCRT included.
Up to 10× faster.
The HCPRO Dual Force QuickFlow Evacuation Kit pairs a 3/8″ wide-bore Dual Force evacuation hose with a vacuum-rated valve core removal tool — the combo that cuts evacuation time up to 50% and lets you charge or recover without removing the hose. Built for R-410A, mini-split, VRF, and high-pressure HVAC service.
3/8″ wide-bore, up to 10× faster
The bottleneck in most evacuations isn't the pump — it's the 1/4″ hose choking the flow. This kit's 3/8″ SAE 6-foot Dual Force evacuation hose has a wide bore that moves dramatically more air per minute, cutting evacuation time by up to 50% and letting your pump reach deep vacuum the way it was designed to. On mini-splits, VRF, and high-pressure systems, that's minutes saved on every call.
Valve core removal tool, no pressure loss
The included vacuum-rated VCRT lets you remove the Schrader valve core for completely unrestricted flow during evacuation — then charge or recover without removing the hose and without losing system pressure. Pull the core, evacuate at full flow, reinstall the core, all through the tool. The side service port handles gauge connection at the same time.
Vacuum-rated to 20 microns
Every component in the kit is vacuum-rated to 20 microns — the Dual Force premium black braided hose (4,000 PSI burst / 800 PSI working), the brass-and-stainless VCRT, and all fittings. No leak points to sabotage your pull-down. Built for R-410A and high-pressure HVAC, ideal for mini-split and VRF systems where deep, fast evacuation matters most.

Does HCPRO warranty the products?
Yes — every HCPRO product ships with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal professional use. See our full warranty terms.
What's the difference between the two evacuation kits?
The kits are identical except for the valve core removal tool port size. The HCQF538K includes a 5/16″ VCRT (for R-410A mini-split low-side ports and systems with 5/16″ service ports). The HCQF438K includes a 1/4″ VCRT (for standard 1/4″ SAE service ports). Both include the same 3/8″ × 6ft Dual Force evacuation hose. Pick the VCRT size that matches the service ports you work on most.
Why is a 3/8″ hose so much faster than 1/4″?
Vacuum flow is dramatically restricted by hose diameter. A 3/8″ hose has more than double the cross-sectional area of a 1/4″ hose, so it moves far more air per minute. On evacuation, that means your pump reaches deep vacuum up to 50% faster — and on long line sets or mini-splits where every minute counts, that adds up across a day of service calls. The 1/4″ hose is the hidden bottleneck most techs don't realize is slowing them down.
How does the valve core removal tool work?
Thread the VCRT onto the service port, then use the tool's shaft to back out and capture the Schrader valve core while the system stays sealed. With the core removed, refrigerant flows completely unrestricted for the fastest possible evacuation. When done, reinstall the core through the tool — all without removing the hose or losing system pressure. The 1/4″ side service port lets you connect a gauge simultaneously.
What vacuum pump should I pair this with?
Any pump with a 3/8″ SAE intake — all three Black Knight pumps (HCEC-6S, HCBK-6D, HCBK-12DC) have 3/8″ fittings. For the fastest evacuations, pair with the HCBK-12DC 12 CFM; the 3/8″ hose lets that pump's high displacement actually flow. Even on a 6 CFM pump, the 3/8″ hose is a significant upgrade over 1/4″.
Can I use this hose for charging too?
Yes — it's an evacuation AND charging hose. The 3/8″ bore and 800 PSI working pressure handle refrigerant charging on R-410A and high-pressure systems. With the valve core removed via the VCRT, you can evacuate then charge through the same hose without swapping. For gauge-reading on the high/low side, pair with a 1/4″ Black Knight charging hose set.
Is this for R-410A and A2L systems?
Yes — rated for R-410A and the full HFC + A2L service range (R-22, R-404A, R-134a, R-32, R-454B). The 800 PSI working / 4,000 PSI burst hose handles high-pressure refrigerants safely. For flammable A3 hydrocarbon (R-290, R-600) service, use dedicated hydrocarbon-spec equipment to avoid cross-contamination.
Can I return an unused kit?
Yes — free returns within 30 days for unused kits in original packaging. Once the hose has been pressurized with refrigerant, it's considered used. Read our full return policy.
