Why pros choose it

Engineered for fast brazing, built for the long shift.

Every HCPRO tool is field-tested by working HVAC technicians before it ships from our Miami warehouse.

Triple jet, one focused flame

Three precision-aligned nozzles combine into a single high-intensity flame — not three separate flames. Concentration matters: you get the heat density of a single tip with the output of three. Fastest pump-up to brazing temp in the Blaze lineup at 433 BtuH on MAP-Pro.

360° swivel, commercial ready

Head rotates a full 360° at the neck. Built for the kind of access you need on commercial rooftop units, big condensers, and overhead line sets where you can't reposition the cylinder. Lock at any angle and braze.

Solid brass, built for big copper

All-brass body with three stainless steel burner tubes. Brazes copper up to 4" with MAP-Pro single-pass, solders up to 6". This is the workhorse — pulled out when the BZT1 or BZT2 won't get the bigger joint to braze temp fast enough.

Full Product Description

The Blaze HC-BZT3 is a high-performance 3-tip torch designed for professionals who need fast, powerful, and controlled heating. This torch features a triple-jet fixed flame head that delivers a concentrated, high-intensity flame for brazing, soldering, and metalwork.

Unlike interchangeable tip systems, the HC-BZT3 has a single, solid flame output generated by three precision-aligned nozzles. Its 360° swivel head provide excellent flexibility, especially in tight HVAC service areas. Built with a durable brass body, this torch is compatible with both MAP-Pro and propane fuels.

This tool is ideal for HVAC professionals, plumbers, and fabricators who value speed, simplicity, and reliability.

Key Features:

  • Three Stainless Steel Burner Tubes: Provides versatile and efficient heating.
  • 360° Swivel: Allows for easy maneuverability and comfortable use in any direction.
  • Solid Brass Handle: Ensures durability and a professional grade feel.
  • Adjustable Flame: Control the intensity of the flame to suit your specific needs.
  • Anti-Flare Feature: Reduces flare-ups for safer operation.
  • Compatibility: Works with both Propylene (MAPPRO) and Propane gas cylinders.

Applications:

  • Ideal for plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and electrical work.
  • Perfect for professional and DIY soldering, brazing, heat shrinking, thawing, and even cooking and grilling.
Technical specifications

Numbers a working brazer actually cares about.

No marketing fluff. Every spec is what you'll measure with a real meter on a real job site. Tested against ASME B16.22 brazing joint specifications for copper line sets.

What this torch can actually solder and braze.

Hotter fuels (MAP-Pro) push the max joint size up. Soldering caps are larger because brazing needs more heat to flow the alloy.

Common questions

Answers from the warehouse floor.

Still stuck? Call our techs at 305-720-0044.

Does HCPRO warranty the products?

Yes — every HCPRO tool ships with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We'll repair or replace the unit if it fails under normal use. See our full warranty terms.

Does this torch include the fuel cylinder?

No. The HC-BZT3 threads directly onto any standard 14.1 oz or 16 oz MAP-Pro / Propane cylinder via the built-in CGA-600 fitting. Cylinders are sold separately at any hardware store for $5–10 each.

Does it come with an ignition striker?

No — the BZT1 uses manual ignition. You'll need a flint striker (sold at any hardware store for under $5). Open the gas knob, strike the spark, set the flame level with the brass adjustment knob. Most pros carry one striker per truck.

What's the triple-jet flame and how is it different from 3 separate flames?

Three precision-aligned nozzles fire toward a common focal point — the flames merge into one high-intensity flame, not three separate ones. You get the focused concentration of a single tip with the total output of three (433 BtuH on MAP-Pro). That's why it brazes bigger pipes faster than dual-tip torches.

When should I choose BZT3 vs BZT1 or BZT2?

BZT1 (single tip) — residential service. BZT2 (dual tip) — residential + light commercial. BZT3 (this one — triple jet) — biggest copper, commercial line sets up to 4" with MAP-Pro, highest output at 433 BtuH. If you're brazing 3"+ copper regularly, this is the torch.

What's the largest copper I can braze?

Soldering: up to 4" with Propane, up to 6" with MAP-Pro. Brazing: up to 2-1/2" with Propane, up to 4" with MAP-Pro. Silver brazing: up to 1" with either fuel (the silver alloy is the limiter, not the heat). This is the largest single-cylinder torch in the Blaze line — beyond this, you're into oxy-fuel territory.

What fuels work with this torch?

Propane and MAP-Pro. MAP-Pro is a propylene-methyl blend that burns at ~3,730 °F vs Propane's ~3,610 °F — the extra heat lets you braze bigger pipes faster. Both use the same CGA-600 cylinder fitting.

Will using HCPRO products void my OEM warranty?

No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975, an OEM cannot void your factory warranty for using compatible aftermarket parts. Our products are spec'd to OEM standards. If a dealer pushes back, contact us and we'll send the documentation.

Can I return it if it doesn't work for my setup?

Yes — free returns within 30 days for unused tools in original packaging. If you've already lit the torch, we can still take it back but a small inspection fee applies. Read our full return policy.

Do you offer bulk pricing for contractors or shops?

Yes. For orders of 3+ units we offer trade pricing. Email hcproproductsusa@gmail.com with your business details and we'll send a quote within 24 hours.
