1–5 gallon fit.
2.6 oz per stroke.
No-spill transfer.
The HCPRO Black Knight HC-OHV2.6 Oil Hand Pump dispenses vacuum pump oil and HVAC fluids straight from 1–5 gallon containers — a measured 2.6 oz per stroke, no funnel, no spill. The clean way to keep your vacuum pump topped off with fresh oil.
Universal 1–5 gallon fit
The HC-OHV2.6 screws onto 1-gallon jugs through 5-gallon pails with the included adapters — dispense vacuum pump oil, refrigeration compressor oil, or any HVAC fluid straight from the container it shipped in. No decanting into smaller bottles, no funnel, no mess down the side of the jug.
Measured 2.6 oz per stroke
Each pump stroke delivers a consistent 2.6 oz — so topping off a vacuum pump to its 13.9 oz or 20.5 oz capacity is a matter of counting strokes, not guessing and overfilling. Precise dosing means you use exactly the oil the pump needs and waste none.
Clean, sealed no-spill transfer
The pump head seals to the container threads so oil moves through the spout, not down the side of the jug. No glugging a heavy pail over a tiny pump fill port, no funnel to clean, no oil film on the truck floor. Rigid pickup tube reaches the bottom of the container so you use every ounce.

Does HCPRO warranty the products?
Yes — every HCPRO Black Knight product ships with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal professional use. See our full warranty terms.
What containers does it fit?
The HC-OHV2.6 fits 1-gallon jugs through 5-gallon pails using the included thread adapters. That covers our ISO VG46 vacuum pump oil gallon, standard quart/gallon oil jugs, and bulk 5-gallon pails. The rigid pickup tube reaches the bottom of all of them.
How much oil per stroke?
2.6 oz per full stroke. A Black Knight 6 CFM pump holds 13.9 oz (≈5-6 strokes); the 12 CFM holds 20.5 oz (≈8 strokes). Measured dosing means you fill to exact capacity without overfilling — overfilled vacuum pumps lose performance and can spit oil.
Can I use it for different oil types?
Yes — vacuum pump oil, refrigeration compressor oil, and other HVAC lubricants. Rinse the pump with solvent when switching between oil types (e.g. POE to mineral) to avoid cross-contamination. For dedicated use, keep one pump per oil type.
Why not just pour from the jug?
Pouring a heavy gallon or 5-gallon pail into a small vacuum pump fill port means spills, overfills, and wasted oil down the side. The hand pump seals to the container and delivers a controlled, measured stream into the fill port — clean, precise, and you use every ounce in the jug.
Does it pair with the vacuum pumps?
Perfectly. The Black Knight vacuum pumps have a no-mess quick drain (drain hot, no cool-down) — pair that with the HC-OHV2.6 for refill and you've got the fastest, cleanest oil change in the field: drain hot, pump in fresh oil to exact capacity, back to work.
Is it reusable?
Yes — unscrew it and move it to the next container. It's a permanent shop tool, not a single-use item. Rinse with solvent between different oil types.
Can I return an unused pump?
Yes — free returns within 30 days for unused pumps in original packaging. Once oil has run through it, it's considered used. Read our full return policy.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — trade pricing here, volume discounts for shops. Email hcproproductsusa@gmail.com for a custom quote within 24 hours.
