Matched high + low coupler set

R-1234YF vehicles use different-sized high-side and low-side service ports (deliberately, to prevent cross-charging). This set includes both matched quick-connect couplers — the larger high-side and smaller low-side — so you're ready for the full service on any 2015-and-newer vehicle without hunting for the right fitting.

Push-to-connect one-handed

The push-to-connect collar snaps onto the vehicle service port one-handed and locks secure — no threading, no fumbling in a tight engine bay. Pull the collar back to release, and the coupler seals clean with no refrigerant blowback. Fast on, fast off, no lost charge.

Does HCPRO warranty the products?

Yes — every HCPRO Black Knight product ships with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal professional use. We'll replace the manifold, gauges, or hoses if they fail to meet stated specs. See our full warranty terms.

What's in the set?

Both R-1234YF couplers — the high-side (larger) and low-side (smaller). R-1234YF vehicles use different-sized ports on each side to prevent cross-charging, so you need both. This set has you ready for full vehicle service out of the box.

Why can't I use my R-134a couplers?

R-1234YF vehicles use different service-port fittings than R-134a (SAE J2888 vs J639) — deliberately incompatible to prevent accidentally charging the wrong refrigerant. Your R-134a couplers physically won't connect to a 2015-and-newer R-1234YF vehicle. You need the YF-specific couplers in this set.

How does push-to-connect work?

Pull back the collar, push the coupler onto the vehicle service port, release the collar — it locks on automatically, one-handed. To disconnect, pull the collar back again and lift off. The coupler seals on release, so no refrigerant blows back. Far faster than threaded fittings in a cramped engine bay.

What vehicles does it fit?

Any vehicle using R-1234YF refrigerant — generally 2015 model year and newer, across hybrid, EV, and conventional gas vehicles. As R-1234YF became the mandated low-GWP mobile A/C refrigerant, manufacturers standardized on the SAE J2888 service ports this set fits.

What do I connect it to?

The manifold side uses 1/4″ SAE to connect to your R-1234YF manifold gauge set or recovery machine. Pair with the Black Knight R-1234YF manifold (HC-BK2V2YF5) or the Dual Force R-1234YF hose set for a complete Mobile A/C service kit.

Can I buy just one coupler?

This is sold as a matched high + low set since you need both for vehicle service. If you've lost or damaged one, contact us at hcproproductsusa@gmail.com about individual replacements.
