How do I get free shipping?

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders under $99 ship at a flat rate of $9.50.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Most orders placed before 11 AM EST ship the same day from our Miami warehouse. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days after shipment.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, or PO Boxes.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account to see real-time order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Not directly through hcproproducts.com yet — but HCPro products are available in multiple countries through our distributor network. Contact us for distributor information in your country.

Products & Compatibility

Are HCPro products compatible with OEM equipment?

Yes. All HCPro lubricants, chemicals, and tools are formulated and engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications. We use major HVAC-R manufacturers' specs as our baseline.

Will using HCPro products void my equipment's factory warranty?

No. HCPro products are designed to OEM specifications and will not void factory warranties on residential HVAC, mini-split, commercial AC, or refrigeration equipment.

Are HCPro products A2L refrigerant compatible?

Yes — our full catalog is A2L-ready. RPO-32 POE oil is compatible with R-32, R-454B, and other A2L blends. Our manifolds, hoses, valve core tools, and adapters are rated for A2L working pressures. A2L compliance is a baseline at HCPro, not an afterthought.

What oil should I use with R-410A?

R-410A systems require POE (polyol ester) oil. HCPro RPO-32 is an ISO VG 32 POE oil compatible with R-410A, R-32, R-134a, R-1234yf, R-404A, and A2L blends. Never use mineral oil or PAG oil with R-410A — it won't return to the compressor and causes failure.

Can I use the same vacuum pump for residential and commercial systems?

For systems up to 5 tons (residential and light commercial), the HCEC-6S 6 CFM vacuum pump handles the job in a single pull-down. For 5+ ton commercial or large refrigeration lines, step up to an 8–10 CFM pump.

What's the difference between POE and PAG oil?

POE (polyol ester) is used in HFC and A2L refrigerant systems (R-410A, R-32, R-134a, R-454B). PAG (polyalkylene glycol) is used in automotive R-134a A/C systems. They are NOT interchangeable — using the wrong oil causes compressor failure.

How often should I change vacuum pump oil?

Change after every 1–3 evacuations, or whenever the sight glass shows cloudy or contaminated oil. After a compressor burnout job, always change the oil before the next pull-down — contamination kills vacuum performance and shortens pump life. Use ISO VG46 synthetic vacuum pump oil for longest oil life.

Service & Application

Do I need to flush after a compressor burnout?

Yes — even a minor burnout leaves acid and carbon in the line set. Skipping the flush is the #1 cause of repeat compressor failure within 60–90 days. Most OEM compressor warranties (Copeland, Bristol) require documented line-set flushing on burnout replacements. Use HCPro Flash Flush Solvent.

What pressure should I push HVAC flush solvent through at?

150 PSI of dry nitrogen is the industry-standard pressure for HVAC line-set flushing. Never use compressed shop air (introduces moisture) or oxygen (explosion hazard with hydrocarbons).

What vacuum should I pull before recharging?

Pull to 500 microns or below, and hold the vacuum for 15 minutes to confirm no leaks. Mini-split installs and clean systems can often hit 200–300 microns; older or contaminated systems may need to be re-evacuated multiple times.

Can I use HCPro products on automotive A/C systems?

Some — our R-134a and R-1234yf compatible oils and chemicals work for automotive A/C systems. Always verify viscosity grade against the OEM spec (most auto A/C compressors call for PAG oil, not POE).

Does HCPro warranty its products?

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products. Contact us at support@hcproproducts.com with your order number and reason — we'll send you a prepaid return label.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@hcproproducts.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Are HCPro chemicals safe to ship by air?

No — our flammable chemicals (like Flash Flush) ship by ground only, per hazmat regulations. They cannot be expedited by air or shipped internationally. Order ground in advance for time-sensitive jobs.

Where do I find the Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?

SDS documents for all HCPro chemical products are available at hcproproducts.com/pages/downloads. Keep an SDS on the truck for every hazmat product you carry — most jurisdictions require it.
