How do I get free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $99 shipped to the contiguous United States. Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $9.50.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. Standard delivery is approximately 1–3 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you are located near Miami, Florida, you can select Local Pick-Up at checkout and use code HCPRO10OFF to save 10%. Our warehouse is in the Miami area. Contact us for address details.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

 

PRODUCTS & COMPATIBILITY

 

Are HCPRO products compatible with OEM equipment?

Yes. All HCPRO products are engineered to OEM standards and are compatible with all major HVAC-R and automotive equipment brands. Each product listing includes a full compatibility chart.

 

What refrigerants are your oils and lubricants compatible with?

Our HVAC-R lubricants are compatible with R410A, R32, R134a, R22, and most common refrigerants used in residential, commercial, and automotive AC systems.

 

Do HCPRO products come with a warranty?

Yes. All HCPRO products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We guarantee our products are free from defects and fully compatible with the OEM specifications listed on each product.

 

Will using HCPRO products void my factory equipment warranty?

No. HCPRO products are formulated to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Using our products will not void your equipment's factory warranty when used as directed.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Please contact us at contact@hcproproducts.com to initiate a return. See our full Return Policy for details.

 

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@hcproproducts.com or call 786-522-5066. Include photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Discount" field during checkout. Our current promo code is HCPRO10OFF for 10% off your entire order.

 

Do you offer bulk or contractor pricing?

Do you offer tax-exempt purchasing?

Yes. If your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status, contact us before placing your order. We will set up a tax-exempt account for you.
